about me

Founder. Operator. Builder of better systems
I’m Demilade Oloyede, an immigrant, Navy veteran, and founder on a mission to reimagine what ownership and opportunity look like in overlooked industries.
Born in Lagos, Nigeria, I moved to the U.S. at 16 with just $120 in my pocket and a quiet fire to build something meaningful. I worked my way through college, later joining the U.S. Navy to serve with discipline and heart. But it was in the margins, in cleaning jobs I took to survive as an international student, where I saw the broken systems that inspired Limpiar
Today, Limpiar is a tech-enabled platform reshaping how property managers connect with cleaning and facility service providers, while creating pathways for underrepresented workers to grow their businesses. We’re building smarter, cleaner communities with equity, speed, and sustainability at the core.
My work is also deeply personal. I co-founded the TTOE Foundation in honor of my father, a man who believed in education.
TTOE, we’ve funded scholarships and donated school supplies to over 300 students across rural Nigeria.
Whether I’m on a pitch stage, in uniform, or sweeping floors my why remains the same: build systems that work for people, not the other way around.
